Damaged in shipping?

We ship all products FULLY INSURED.  We need to make a claim, and start the process within just a few days, so do not hesitate to contact us ASAP if a item arrives damaged.  Fed Ex will want to pick up the entire shipment, and do a investigation on the damage.  We use special boxes with thick stryrophome to pass insurance claims, so we relax and let Fed Ex their bit.  In the meantime, we probably can send you a different block all together, or a refund.  Fed Ex will send out a insurance check eventually.   This is why it is best to send the parts and the block in different packages.  If the block is damaged, the parts are not caught up in fed ex insurance claim, and we can send the customer a second block.

Return Parts

Changed mind?  We accept returns within 30 days in the original, undamaged, or modified packaging.   

Parts must be able to be re inventoried so do not destroy the box assuming everything fits.  Assume everything doesn't fit, and be nice to the box until you know.  You MUST send the parts back in the original box for your return.  We issue the refunds via Certified Bank Check and mail the return once the parts are checked in as good. This process takes 14 days from when we receive the returned parts.  Refunds via Certified Check are photocopied, and mailed USPS Priority with tracking.   We do not issue returns back to the card. the payment gateway window is generally closed, and this helps keep our book keeping simple.

Return Service? 

We do not offer returns on custom machining services and custom fitted parts.  Once the block is shipped, we cannot offer these types of returns.   You have 30 days to return all other parts, but no returns on custom machined to size parts.  This includes and is not limited to: Oversize Pistons machined to the block,  Sleeves Installed in the block, Fire Rings machined and pressed into the block, ARP Case Studs Torqued and Line Honed Oversize, ARP 14mm Head Studs w/ Head Stud Conversions,  ARP Rod Bolts installed in Connecting Rods, ( or anything else used to created the block).   We do accept returns on H Beams, Standard size bearings, ARP Head Studs, Unopened Gasket Kits, Oil Pumps, Water Pumps, etc.

Payments for Services. 

We do not accept online payments for our custom machine services.  We only sell parts on our website with this visa/mastercard payment system, and our shop services are all done via Money Order / Bank Check upon delivery of the engine core.  We have a special system setup, as cores do come in bad, and there-for we can return the entire money order to the customer w/o dealing with any online payment transactions, keeping our book keeping simple.
